Market analysis on supermarket business in Bangladesh

The study was on the prospect and possibility of Japanese investment in Bangladeshi superstore business and covers many aspects of consumers and the market. The study also covers the potential for Japanese investment in setting up food shops in superstores. The field survey of consumers was carried out across 3 districts of Bangladesh (Dhaka, Chittagong and Bogra). Buying behavior was also observed at superstores.
