In-depth investigation of the first research from January to March 2022.

Description of actual services provided by your staff within the assignment:

The scope of the work involves:

1.1 Additional Research 

1.1.1 Power demand and supply forecast data

1.1.1.1 List of annual power station development plan until 2040 (including demolishing plan as well).

Data of annual power demand until 2040 (in both kW and kWh) *If not available until the release of IEPMP scheduled around mid-2023, it shall be substituted by 1.1.3.

1.1.2 Renewable energy plan

1.1.2.1 SREDA’s renewable energy plan until 2040 to meet the national target of carbon

neutrality.

1.1.2.2 Renewable power reserves and resources of each solar, wind, hydro, and others

(data).

1.1.2.3 List of possible renewable power plants.

 

1.1.3 Latest situation of the coming PDP (IEPMP)

1.1.4 Latest situation and forecast of nuclear power

1.1.4.1 Rooppur nuclear power plant

1.1.4.2 Any other plan for new nuclear power plant(s)

1.2 Combination of Discussion and Research

1.2.1 NewVision shall pick up and research 5-10 promising EZs in their view and inform J-Power with the following information:

1.2.1.1 Information required:

1.2.1.1.1 Regulatory system

1.2.1.1.2 Structure on EZs

1.2.1.1.3 Operator of EZs

1.2.1.1.4 Power demand, and

1.2.1.1.5 Business potentials for J-Power

1.2.1.2 After J-Power receives the above information, an open discussion between both Parties shall follow.

1.2.2 NewVision shall pick up and research large IPP projects that have been stranded or have been abandoned (except coal-fired power plants)

1.2.2.1 After J-Power receives the above information, an open discussion between both Parties shall follow.

1.2.3 NewVision shall pick up and research solar business opportunities.

1.2.3.1 Such opportunities shall include, but not only in EZ sites but other probable sites and areas:

1.2.3.1.1 Rooftop solar

1.2.3.1.2 Floating solar

1.2.3.1.3 Irrigation pumps

1.2.3.2 After J-Power receives the above information, an open discussion shall follow.
